Plastic Express NJ Terminal - Bag Weighing Investigation

This video shows the bag that eventually fell over being filled.  Note that the bag is significantly misaligned with the cone table.  That is due to the loop hangers being misaligned.

This video shows the valve chattering.  Even a fraction of a second delay in closing the valve caused the dramatic overweights that Joe observed.  You'll see how much the bag was overfilled at the end of the clip.
