The Model AV bulk bag filler features automated bulk bag handling for bulk bagging rates up to 20 bags per hour where the application requires minimal to moderate densification.

Automated Bulk Bag Handling

Filled big bags are easily removed from the Model AV using its integral, powered conveyor.

Pallets are typically used, as in the photo at right, but are not necessary.  Filled bulk bags can be moved automatically without pallets to save cost and waste.

The Model AV bulk bag filler can easily be integrated with a pallet dispenser, slip sheet dispenser and even stretch wrappers or hooders to provide a complete, fully automated bulk bag filling solution.
