Bulk Bag Filler Selection Guide

Control and Metering offers two distinct styles of bulk bag filler: cone table densification and 'through-pallet' densification.

The main distinguishing feature between these styles is:

* Cone table densification is a proprietary technology that provides maximum densification.  This ensures that even the most difficult to fill products can be safely packaged in bulk bags so that they are stable.  This also ensures that maximum bagging rates up 35+ bags/hour can be achieved.

* 'Through-pallet' densification requires that the bulk bag rests on a pallet throughout the filling cycle and that vibration energy is injected into the product through the pallet.  This is very inefficient and is only suitable for products that require minimal densification to achieve bag stability.
